Rachel Engstrom

Rachel Engstrom serves as the Business Unit Executive for Data Resilience at Merlin Cyber, where she provides strategic direction for the business unit and leads a team of sales and operations professionals. In this role, she advances business development initiatives, drives market expansion, and oversees the execution of complex deal structures within the Federal Government sector.

Rachel previously held leadership positions at IBM, where she guided teams to secure multimillion-dollar contracts and supported clients in achieving FedRAMP compliance. She also gained valuable sales experience at Veeam, delivering data resilience solutions to Federal clients. Earlier in her career, she worked in financial analysis, establishing a strong foundation in strategic planning and performance management that continues to inform her leadership approach.

Rachel holds an MBA from George Washington University and brings together advanced business expertise with a deep understanding of public sector IT solutions to deliver measurable impact for her clients and teams.
