Rachel Weisz

Rachel Weisz is Senior Vice President of Ecosystem Growth Acceleration at Merlin, where she drives revenue growth for cyber technology partners serving the public sector and regulated commercial markets. In this role, she leverages resources across Merlin’s key business areas—including Ventures, CGC Compliance Platform, and Go-to-Market—to accelerate growth and maximize revenue opportunities for ecosystem members at every stage of their journey.

Rachel brings more than 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions that advance strategic business objectives. Before joining Merlin, she spent two years at Gartner connecting federal clients with resources to inform critical technology decisions. Previously, she spent 17 years at IBM in sales, sales management, and delivery leadership, earning the company’s highest achievement recognition.

Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in Economics and History from Duke University.
