Julie Xiang

Julie is the Chief Revenue Officer at Merlin, where she leads all revenue activities, including enterprise sales, partnerships, and customer success. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise technology, Julie has a proven track record of building high-performing sales organizations, scaling go-to-market strategies, and driving sustainable growth.

Before joining Merlin, Julie held senior leadership roles in technology sale and sales management, including at IBM and Oracle, where she achieved significant recognition. At Merlin, Julie focuses on accelerating adoption of next-generation cyber solutions, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable value to end-user customers navigating today’s complex threat landscape. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Shanghai International Studies University, a Master of Education from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland University College.
