Nick Lagalante is a technology marketing and communications executive with 20 years of experience building category-defining brands for some of the most influential companies in cybersecurity. Nick has led award-winning marketing programs and built high-performing teams at several venture-backed cyber startups and hyper-growth enterprise vendors such as Thycotic (now Delinea), Cofense PhishMe and Tenable. Recently, Nick founded Fractional 360, a cybersecurity marketing consultancy. There, he served as a fractional CMO and marketing leader for many fast-growing AI and cybersecurity startups. Through brand transformations, product launches, go-to-market strategy and global communications, Nick helps leading cyber brands define, own and win their market categories.
Nick holds a master’s degree in communications from Georgetown University (Outstanding Capstone Honoree of 2024) and is the founder of the Communications Social Network, Georgetown’s first Comms, Marketing, and Public Relations graduate society. Nick has held several board positions for national professional associations like the Public Relations Society of America and the American Advertising Federation and frequently volunteers with Shriner’s International.
